Paddock Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026

Paddock ("we", "us") provides a barn-management app for equine businesses and horse owners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored with trusted infrastructure providers: MongoDB Atlas and Supabase (data and photos), Railway (application hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each provider maintains its own security and privacy safeguards.

Sharing within the app

Paddock is collaborative: information you add to a barn (such as schedules, horses, and tasks) is visible to other members of that barn according to the roles and permissions its owner sets.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated personal data, email support@paddockequineapp.com from the email address on your account, and we will process the request promptly.

Security

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

Paddock is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
